Terms and Policy Updated July 15, 2011

ATS reserves the right to carry more than one customer per trip. Departures from your location at the time you schedule with reservations. Upon return trip from Airports, Attractions, or Cruise Ports, the driver stops at the closest return customer location first.
ATS will not be held responsible for missed shuttle due to late arriving flights at Airports, however we will make every effort to pick you up as quickly as possible.

ATS is not responsible for personal items left aboard vehicles.

• Passenger is responsible for notifying ATS regarding flight delays or changes.

• Due to regulations at International Airports, ATS cannot page arriving passengers.

• Requests for passenger information and phone calls are not permitted.

• Credit cards are accepted by driver with appropriate identification.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds are subject to $5.00 processing fee and a 24 hour advance cancellation is required

Fare Includes: 1 large suitcase NOT to exceed 50" (L+W+H) or 2 small suitcases each way.

Unusual items including boxes and oversized suitcases are transported at ATS' discretion and space available.

A $20 surcharge will apply to all pickups between the hours of 9 PM and 5 AM.

Fares subject to change without notice.

Personal check accepted for advanced payment only, (10 days needed to clear banks).
